About Us
Elayne Cree has had a successful marketing communications business since 1991, which followed a three-decade career as a corporate marketing professional. With the founding of Creeture Comforts, Ms. Cree is pursuing her lifelong passion for animals, especially dogs and cats.
She has worked in a doggie day center, assisted in pet sitting ventures and obedience classes, and served on committees to establish dog parks in South Carolina, California and Connecticut. After years of making pets her avocation, Ms. Cree has made them her vocation through Creeture Comforts.
Since establishing the business in 2006, Ms. Cree has attracted dozens of clients. "I believe pets are best cared for by people who are passionate about their well-being," says Ms. Cree. All of Creeture Comforts pet sitters are bonded and insured, as well as some who are pet-first aid certified. Ms. Cree herself is certified by the National Assn. of Professional Pet Sitters and in pet first aid.
